Selene has the power to give sleep and to light the night. She has control over time, and like the moon itself, she is ever-changing.Lepidolite and Rose Quartz seem like the perfect stones for support these days, as we adapt and evolve into our much transformed reality. A “stone of transition”, Lepidolite assists in the release and re-organization of old behavioural and psychological patterns, gently inducing change. It brings deep emotional healing, soothing and reducing stress and depression. Lepidolite dissipates negativity and insists on being used for the highest good. Rose Quartz, of course, is the stone of Love and Compassion, allowing for deepening of these emotions, both for yourself and others.
